When will my order ship?
If your order isn’t a pre-order item, it will take approximately 2 weeks from placing an order to receiving it. (This will vary if you’re located outside the US).
Please note that weekends may extend the shipping period.
Pre-order items vary in shipping-duration.
Go to the specific pre-order page to find out when the shipping-process begins.
Canceling your order
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us via the chat in the bottom right corner before your order has been shipped.
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Due to Shopify’s change in their refund policy as of March 1st, 2020, a 3% fee is withheld on refunds/canceled orders.
When is X product coming back in stock?

Where are the Sakura Mousepads series and the wooden wallpaper?
The Sakura series has been taken down temporarily due to difficulties we faced with warehouse cost efficiency. We will likely restock in the future when it is the right time.
We discontinued wooden wallpaper due to a lack of public interest and a liability for our storage.

Where are the M2K keycaps?
The M2k Project along with other pre-order lines have been discontinued due to low interest. We might try another group buy later on, but not in the near future.You can read the official statement on the matter here.
My label has been created but hasn’t moved in a while, what do I do?
Label creation does not equal shipped. Our warehouse will create your label as one of the very first things in the process. Once it ships, you’ll receive an email with the relevant information.
Returns & Replacements
Damaged or defective items
If your actual product (not product packaging) is damaged or defective in terms of design or manufacturing, please open a support ticket with your order number and photos within 14 days of the delivery date.
Products that do not meet our standards and are deemed defective can be replaced or refunded within this timeframe. Imperfections, dents, dings, etc to just the product packaging does not qualify and is not eligible for replacement.
For a replacement, we will send you a label to return the defective product. The replacement will ship out upon receipt of the returned defective product.
Received the wrong product
If your package contains a different item than you ordered, please open a support ticket with your order number and a photo of all the items you received (including the box) within 14 days of the delivery date.
Once we have confirmed the missing item, we can correct your order!
Do you ship overseas?
We offer worldwide shipping! Shipping cost and tax (if applicable) will vary depending on end destination, but will be specified during your order.
