Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, email us at support@mousemods.eu before your order has been shipped.
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Due to Shopify’s change in their refund policy as of March 1st, 2020, a 3% fee is withheld on refunds/canceled orders.
Note
A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to that payment method, then they need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent. If customer still has access to account but was issued a different card, the bank or agency will automatically redirect the funds accordingly.
Orders placed using cryptocurrency are only eligible for store credit.
Return Policy
Though we hope you love your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.* Returns must have been purchased directly from us and must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was sent.
You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. Please email support@mousemods.eu for a return label. Original costs of shipping are nonrefundable.
Once received and inspected, eligible returns will be refunded (minus a 3% restock fee and both the original and return shipping costs) to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
Shipping Policy
During checkout, you will have the option to select a shipping method for your order and the estimated transit time will be displayed if available. These are estimates from the carrier(s) and we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
The transit estimate does not include order processing time.
In-stock items are processed 1-5 business days after the purchase date. In-stock groupbuy extras are processed 1-10 business days after the purchase date due to the high influx of orders at once. Groupbuys/preorders are generally processed within 1-10 business days once the product has come in and order fulfillment has started.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. holidays. Please be aware that order processing time may take longer following holidays.

My label has been created but hasn’t moved in a while, what do I do?
Label creation does not equal shipped. Our warehouse will create your label as one of the very first things in the process. Once it ships, you’ll receive an email with the relevant information.
